M A R W A H Email: andinurlia.12b14071@yahoo.com ABSTRAK The purpose of this study were (i) to determine the mechanism of implementation of the Quality Improvement Management Learning In School Management At SMK 1 Bulukumba, (ii) to assess the implementation of the Quality Improvement Management Learning In School Management in the development of school at SMK Bulukumba, (iii) to determine the factors that determine the implementation of the Quality Improvement Management Learning In School Management At SMK 1 Bulukumba Implementation of Quality Improvement Management Learning In School Management At SMK Negeri 1 Bulukumba. The research is a qualitative research approach to research is a case study on the level of the school organization. This study describes in depth the implementation of the Quality Improvement Management Learning In School Management At SMK 1 Bulukumba and implementation of Quality Improvement Management Learning In School Management At SMK Negeri 1 Bulukumba. Source of data in this study were determined purposively, by collecting data through interviews and observations were validated through triangulation and member check. The results showed that (i) Implementation of Quality Improvement Management Learning In School Management At SMK 1 Bulukumba been run in accordance with existing mechanisms (ii) the results of evaluation of the implementation of the Quality Improvement Management Learning In School Management has been utilized in the development of schools, especially improving performance in attainment 8 national education standards. (iii) Factors that determine the implementation of the Education Quality Improvement Management in the School of Management of internal factors such as the strength of support that the enthusiasm of the school community in implementing quality improvement program, while the disadvantage is less objective components that are involved in data collection. External factors such as opportunities and tantangan.Adapun the opportunity is because the national nature of this activity, so that this becomes an opportunity for schools to work optimally and utilize the results to develop school, while the challenge is the honesty of the school community in the implementation of quality improvement of learning.
