Abstract

Abstract In the public service sector carried out by the government has experienced the development of information and communication technology, namely through electronic government (e-government). One of the efforts of the civil service education staff at the Makassar State University's general and financial bureau in supporting e-government is to implement the development of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG). All personnel activities are not far from processing employee data. In the subsection of staffing education personnel at the general and financial bureau of the Makassar State University, the data processing process is still using Microsoft Excel or manually in entering data and searching for data, so that data processing takes a long timeand is not efficient in the process. The purpose of developing this application is to optimize the Civil Service Administration Service through the Development of Digital Document Applications in the Education Personnel Subdivision.
