Abstract
ABSTRACT This study is a quantitative study to know and analyze how much influence the quality of service and service standards have on community satisfaction at the Makassar District Court Class 1 A Special. Which is located on Jl. RA Kartini No. 18/23 Makassar city. Sampling in this study was 109 respondents. The data collection technique is done by giving a questionnaire/questionnaire, interviews, and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistic analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a negative and significant effect on community satisfaction, and service standards have a negative and significant effect on society.
