Abstract
Abstract: This research is aim to studied influence of pH and amount of medium/size of pot to ability Pb absorption of green mustard. To study influence of pH, hence media grows various by each pH 5,0, 5,5, 6,0, 6,5, 7,0 and 7,5 respectively for each pot using phosphate buffer. While for various mass medium/size of pot, hence made by various pots with number of mass of media of each pot is 1000 grams, 1500 grams, 2000 grams, 2500 grams and 3000 grams. Into each pot which has been contamination ion Pb using PbSO4 0,1 M is cultivated with green mustard. Sprinkler applies aquadeion every morning and evening carefully, in order not to keep sprinkler water of that gets away from pot. After mustard age reach 3 month, harvested, then is cleaned with aquadeion, separation of root, steam and leaves, and dried. Every part of the crop is ash, then dissolved in mixture of solution of HCl and HNO3, and then is determined its concentration of Pb by using Spectroscopy Absorption Atomic (SSA) at wavelength 283.3 nm. Analyzed of measuring to determine Pb concentration which actually in sample. Result of its indicating that both of pH and amount of mass medium/size of pot influential to ability of Pb absorption of green mustard
