Abstract

(2) To analyze the impact of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on the distribution of MSME financing. (3) To analyze the impact of Non Performing Financing (NPF) on the distribution of MSME financing. The population of this study is Islamic banking in Indonesia, while the sampling uses purposive sampling, namely, Islamic banks that are included in the BUS category and have accessible financial reports, namely during the period January 2016 to December 2020. Data collection techniques use documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used was panel data and classical assumption test. The results showed that TPF, CAR, and NPF had an effect on the distribution of MSME financing at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia with a positive variable coefficient and partially, the three variables had a significant influence. Keywords: Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Credit Distribution.
