Abstract

The purpose of this study: (a). Knowing the type of endophytic bacteria isolates from the family plant Zingeberaceae.(b).Knowing the ability of endophytic bakteria isolates from the Zingeberaceae that can inhibit growth Candida albicans and Escherichia coli. (c). This research was conducted in the Biology state University of Makassar. The result of this study showed: (a). Found sixteen endophytic bacteria isolate with a compact colony structure, a turquoise to yellow – gray surface. (b). There are four isolates capable of inhibiting Candida albicans growth and two isolate wich inhibit Escherichia coli. (c). The bacterial morphology structure of Monococcus and Diplococcus.
