Abstract

Achmad Qhuzairy Qarasyi. 2021. Implementation of the Annual School Work Plan in the New Normal Era at the Inpres Tetebatu Elementary School, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This thesis is supervised by Mrs. Dra. Sitti Habibah, M.Si, and Mr. Sumarlin Mus, S.Pd, M.Pd. Department of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Makassar State University. This study examines the implementation of the School Annual Work Plan in the New Normal Era at the Inpres Tetebatu Elementary School, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. The research objective was to determine the implementation of the school's annual work plan (RKT) in the New Normal era at Tetebatu Inpres Elementary School, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This research approach is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at the Inpres Tetebatu Elementary School, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. The data sources of this study were supervisors, school principals, teachers, school operators, and school committees. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The results showed that: The implementation or implementation of the annual work plan during the new normal era which experienced changes in implementation were: (a) curriculum and learning activities from offline to online, (b) implementation of the procurement of facilities and infrastructure by renovating teacher rooms and school toilets for , (c) implementation of finance and financing; use by purchasing online learning quotas for teachers and students, (d) implementing culture and school environment; In schools it is carried out in their respective homes, through positive discipline in online learning, the implementation of RKT that has not changed is: (a) student, (b) educators and education personnel continue to be carried out as in the previous year, and which are not carried out in the new normal era are: (a) community participation and partnerships, and (b) other work plans that lead to quality improvement and development, so that the achievement of the Tetebatu Inpres Elementary School annual work plan, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency is not in accordance with the Minister of National Education Regulation No. 2007 concerning school management.
