ABSTRAK CITRA SUFIANI ALAMSYAH. 2016. Pengaruh Kemampuan Inisiatif dan Kreativitas Guru terhadap Disiplin Belajar Siswa Kelas V SD Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur Kabupaten Bone. Dibimbing oleh Bapak Prof. Dr. H. Alimuddin Mahmud, M.Pd. dan Bapak Dr.Mustafa,M.Si. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa prinsip kedisiplinan khususnya disiplin belajar belum diterapkan dengan baik, hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya kemampuan inisiatif dan kreativitas guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai : (1) Kemampuan inisiatif guru kelas V SD Kec. Tanete Riattang Timur Kabupaten Bone (ii) Kreativitas guru kelas V SD Kec. Tanete Riattang Timur Kabupaten Bone (iii) Disiplin belajar siswa kelas V SD Kec. Tanete Riattang Timur Kabupaten Bone (iv) Pengaruh kemampuan inisiatif dan kreativitas guru terhadap disiplin belajar siswa Kelas V SD Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur Kabupaten Bone (v) Pengaruh kemampuan inisiatif guru terhadap disiplin belajar siswa Kelas V SD Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur Kabupaten Bone (vi) Pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap disiplin belajar siswa Kelas V SD Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survei. Variabel penelitian yaitu kemampuan inisiatif guru dan kreativitas guru melalui persepsi siswa serta disiplin belajar siswa.Subyek penelitian ialah siswa kelas V SD Kecamatan TaneteRiattangTimur Kabupaten Bone yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik multistage random sampling sehingga diperoleh empat sekolah sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu SD Inpres 5/81 Bajoe, SD Inpres 3/77 Bajoe 1, SDN 21 Panyula dan SD Inpres 12/79 Toro. Instrumen penelitian ini ialah angket dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner serta menggunakan teknik analisis jalur Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara deskriptif kemampuan insiatif guru dikategorikan cukup (C), kreativitas guru dikategorikan cukup, (C) dan disiplin belajar siswa dikategorikan cukup (C). Kemampuan inisiatif dan kreativitas guru secarabersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin belajar siswa.Kemampuan inisiatif berpengaruh terhadap disiplin belajar dan kreativitas guru berpengaruh terhadap disiplin belajar serta terdapat pengaruh variabel diluar kemampuan inisiatif dan kreativitas guru terhadap disiplin belajar. The Influence of Initiative Ability and Creativities of Teachers on Learning Discipline of Grade V Students at Elementary Schools in East Tanete Riattang Subdistrict of Bone District. (Supervised Alimuddin Mahmud and Mustafa). Data of preliminary study taken from field indicates that the principle of disciplibe, particulary learning discipline has yet to be applied well due to lack of initiative ability and creativities of teachers in teaching and learning process in schools. Thus, the study aims at obtaining description of ((i) Teachers’ initiative ability in grade V at SD (elementary schools) in East Tanete Riattang Subdistrict of Bone District, (ii) teachers’ creativities in grade V at SD (elementary schools) in East Tanete Riattang Subdistrict of Bone District, (iii) students’ learning discipline in grade V at SD (elementary schools) in East Tanete Riattang Subdistrict of Bone District, (iv) the influence of initiative ability an creativities of teachers on learning reslut of grade V at SD (elementary schools) in East Tanete Riattang Subdistrict of Bone District, (v) the influence of teachers’ initiative ability pn learning discipline of grade V at SD (elementary schools) in East Tanete Riattang Subdistrict of Bone District, and (vi) the influence of teachers’ creativities on learning discipline of grade V at SD (elementary schools) in East Tanete Riattang Subdistrict of Bone District. The study employs survey research method. The research variables are teachers’ initiative ability, teachers’ creativity through students’ perception and students’ learning discipline. The subjects of the study are grade V students at SD in East Tanete Riattang Subdistrict of Bone District selected by employing multistage random sampling technique an obtained four schools as the research samples, namely SD Inpres 15/81 Bajoe, SD Inpres 3/77 Bajoe 1, SDN 21 Panyula, and SD Inpres 12/79 Toro. The instruments of the research are questionnaire. Data is analyzed by employing path analysis. The results of the study reveal that descriptively the teachers’ initiative ability is in medium category, teachers’ creativities is ini medium category, and students’ learning discipline is in medium category. The initiative ability an creativities of teachers collectively give positive influence on students’ learning discipline . the teachers’ initiative ability gives influence on learning discipline; and teachers’ creativities gives influence on learning discipline as well as ther is influence of variable out of initiative ability and creativities of teachers on learning discipline.
