ABSTRAK H. SUARDI. Evaluasi Program Pembelajaran Kelas VI SDN Se-Wilayah I Kecamatan Ganra Kabupaten Soppeng Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 (dibimbing oleh H. Rusyadi dan Syahrul). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai program pembelajaran Kelas VI SDN se-Wilayah I Kecamatan Ganra tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dalam tahapan context, input, process, dan product. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi yang dilakukan di wilayah I Kecamatan Ganra Kabupaten Soppeng dengan memilih wilayah I. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan orang tua pesetra didik. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi Context, Input, Process, dan Product (CIPP). Hasil yang diperoleh meliputi: (1) Untuk aspek context, 5 sekolah yang ada yaitu SDN 77 Ganra I, SDN 78 Bakke, SDN 80 Paomallimpoe, SDN 81 Belo, dan SDN 261 Watang Belo telah memiliki program pembelajaran kelas VI yang sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan dan suasana akademis di sekolah. Sementara SDN 79 Enrekeng memiliki program pembelajaran kelas VI yang belum sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan dan suasana akademis di sekolah; program pembelajaran kelas VI yang diterapkan secara umum telah sesuai dengan harapan orang tua namun diperlukan beberapa perbaikan sebagaimana masukan orang tua siswa, (2) Untuk aspek input, masing-masing kepala sekolah telah memberikan dukungan yang kuat terhadap program pembelajaran kelas VI SDN se-wilayah I Kecamatan Ganra, Kabupaten Soppeng; program pembelajaran kelas VI pada SDN 77 Ganra I, SDN 78 Bakke, SDN 80 Paomallimpoe, SDN 81 Belo, dan SDN 261 Watang Belo telah sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Sementara SDN 79 Enrekeng memiliki program pembelajaran yang belum sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku di sekolah, (3) Untuk aspek process, keseluruhan guru kelas VI dapat mengelola proses pembelajaran dalam kategori baik; suasana pembelajaran di kelas VI pada SDN se-wilayah I Kecamatan Ganra, Kabupaten Soppeng berada pada kategori baik; dan (4) Untuk aspek product, siswa-siswa kelas VI pada SDN di wilayah I Kecamatan Ganra, Kabupaten Soppeng pada umumnya telah mampu mencapai KKM yang telah ditetapkan pada masing-masing pelajaran dan masing-masing sekolah baik pada semester I dan semester II. Learning Program Evaluation of Class VI of Academic Year 2014/2015 at Public Primary Schools in Region I, Ganra Sub-District in Soppeng District (supervised by Rusyadi and Syahrul) The study intends at discovering the description of the learning program on the aspect of context, input, process, and product of class VI of academic year 2014/2015 at public primary schools in region I in Ganra sub-district. This study is the evaluation research which conducted in region I of Ganra sub-district in Soppeng district. The subject of the study were the teachers and students’ parents. The evaluation model used was the evaluation model of Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP). The results of the study reveal that: (1) in terms of the context aspect, 5 schools, namely SDN 77 Ganra I, SDN 78 Bakke, SDN 80 Paomallimpoe, SDN 81 Belo, and SDN 261 Watang Belo have already had learning program in class VI suitable with the schools’ environmental condition and academic atmosphere. Meanwhile, SDN 79 Enrekeng has not had the learning program in class VI suitable with the school’s environmental condition and academic atmosphere; the learning program implemented in class VI has already met the parents’ expectation in general, but it still need several improvements as suggested by the parents, (2) in terms of the input aspect, each principal has strongly supported the learning program in class VI at public primary school in region I, Ganra sub-district in Soppeng district; the learning program in class VI at SDN 77 Ganra I, SDN 78 Bakke, SDN 80 Paomallimpoe, SDN, 81 Belo, and SDN 261 Watang Belo is already appropriate with the established curriculum. Meanwhile, the learning program in SDN 79 Enrekeng has not been appropriate with the established curriculum in school, (3) in terms of the process aspect, all the teachers of class VI are able to manage the learning process which is in good category; the learning atmosphere in class VI at public primary schools in region I, Ganra sub-district in Soppeng district is in good category; and (4) in terms of product aspect, the students of class VI at public primary schools in region I, Ganra sub-district in Soppeng district have been able to be achieve the set KKM in every lesson and in every school for both semester I and II.
