Abstract

ABSTRAK Mariani Akhfar. 2016 ” Pengaruh Pembelajaran Berbasis Pengalaman terhadap Motivasi Belajar dan Keterampilan Proses Sains Peserta Didik SMA Negeri 10 Makassar” (dibimbing oleh Muh Tawil dan Muhammad Arsyad) Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian “quasi experiment” yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan seberapa besar: i) motivasi belajar pesrta didik yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman; ii) motivasi belajar pesrta didik yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional; iii) keterampilan proses sains pesrta didik yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman; iv) keterampilan proses sains pesrta didik yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional; dan Untuk menganalisis v) perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa yang diajar menggunkan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dan pembelajaran konvensional; vi) perbedaan keterampilan proses sains siswa yang diajar menggunkan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dan pembelajaran konvensional peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 10 Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 10 Makassar yang terdiri dari 8 yaitu kelas XI IPA1 sampai kelas XI IPA8. Adapun Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik rambang sederhana (random sampling). Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini semuanya diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik yaitu teknik analisis hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: i) Motivasi belajar pesrta didik yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman berada pada kategori sedang; ii) Motivasi belajar pesrta didik yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional berada pada kategori tinggi; iii) Keterampilan proses sains pesrta didik yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman berada pada kategori sedang; iv) Keterampilan proses sains pesrta didik yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional berada pada kategori rendah; v) Tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar peserta didik yang diajar menggunkan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dan pembelajaran konvensional; vi) Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik yang diajar menggunkan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dan pembelajaran konvensional. The Influence of Experience Based Learning towards Learning Motivation and Science Process Skill of Students at SMAN 10 in Makassar. (supervised by Muh. Tawil and Muhammad Arsyad). The research is quasi experiment. Aims to describe the extent of : i) the students’ learning motivation who were taught by using experienced based learning; ii)the students’ science process skill who were taught by using conventional learning; iii) the students’ science process skill who were taught by using experienced based learning; iv) the students’ science process skill who were taught by using conventional learning and to analyze v) the difference of the students learning motivation who were taught by using experienced based learning and conventional learning; iv) the students’ science process skill who were taught by experienced based learning and conventional learning of grade XI IPA at SMAN 10 in Makassar. The populations of the research were all of grade XI IPA students at SMAN 10 Makassar which consisted of 8 classes from class XI IPA 1 to XI IPA 8. The sample of the research was obtained by using random sampling technique. The data of the research was analyzed by using statistic technique namely descriptive statistic analiysis and inferential statistics analysis. The results of the research reveal that; i) the students’ learning motivation who were taught by using experienced based is was in medium category; ii) the students’ learning motivation who were taught by using conventional learning is in high category; iii) the students’ science process skill who were taught by using experienced based learning is in medium category; iv) the students’ science process skill who were taught by using conventional learning is in low category; v) there is no difference of the students’ learning motivation who were taught by using experienced based learning and conventional learning; iv) there are difference of the students’ science process skills who were taught by experienced based learning and conventional learning.
