Abstract

Hubungan antara Motivasi Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik pada Materi Sistem Gerak Kelas XI SMAN 8 Gowa. Aisyah Reski Amalia, Rachmawaty, Asmawati Azis Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Makassar areskam127@gmail.com ABSTRACT The objective of the study is to find out The Relationship between Learning Motivation and Student Biology Learning Outcomes on Motion System Material for Class XI SMA Negeri 8 Gowa. This type of research is correlational research, namely research that focuses on assessing the relationship between variables that arise naturally. The population of this study was a study group of students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 8 Gowa and two classes were selected as research samples by random sampling. The class selected as the research sample was XI MIPA2 class and XI MIPA 4 class. The types of research instruments used were learning outcomes tests in the form of multiple choice tests and motivational questionnaires in the form of a Likert scale. The research data were collected by using learning outcomes tests and giving motivational questionnaires and then analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the SPSS out pout obtained a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.598 which is positive which means that there is a unidirectional relationship. The correlation value ranges from 0.51 to 0.75 indicating a strong correlation. The hypothesis is accepted, seen at the significance value < 0.05 which indicates that there is a significant relationship between motivation and learning outcomes. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem gerak kelas XI SMA Negeri 8 Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional yaitu penelitian yang berfokus pada penaksiran hubungan di antara variabel yang muncul secara alami. Populasi penelitian ini adalah rombongan belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 8 Gowa dan dipilih dua kelas sebagai sampel penelitian secara random sampling. Kelas yang dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian adalah kelas XI MIPA2 dan kelas XI MIPA 4. Jenis instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk tes pilihan ganda dan angket motivasi dalam bentuk skala likert. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan tes hasil belajar dan pemberian angket motivasi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil out pout SPSS diperoleh Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,598 yang bertanda positif berarti terdapat hubungan searah. Nilai korelasi berkisar diantara 0,51-0,75 menunjukkan korelasi kuat. Hipotesis diterima, dilihat pada nilai signifikansi α < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi dan hasil belajar. Kata kunci: motivasi, hasil belajar
