Abstract

Abstract Professional teachers are teachers who can carry out tasks according to their profession. Teachers are busy professionals not only make Learning Plan (RPP), making the media, and the provision of evaluation for students, but how teachers manage the classroom so that students can receive a good lesson material. Implementation of leaming in schools is a system of interconnected and inseparable. The system mentioned is the availability of facilities, teachers, and students. This system is expected to run well so that it can produce a quality education quality. Teaching not only conveys knowledge, but also tried to create a system environment that educates the students in order learning purposes can be achieved optimally. Trough well classroom management every students in the classroom can be ordered so as to receive the lesson well and teaching purposes can be achieved effectively and efficiently.
