Essay. Department of Management, Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Makassar. Supervised by Mr. Romansyah Sahabuddin and Mrs. Hety Budiyanti. This study aims to determine how the influence of work conflict and work environment on employee performance at the PLN Sungguminasa Customer Service Unit office. The number of samples used was 88 employees of the PLN Sungguminasa Customer Service Unit. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that internal conflict (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive and significant impact on the performance (Y) of employees at the PLN Sungguminasa Customer Service Unit. This means that if a conflict occurs that is still within reasonable limits and employees get a good work environment, it will improve the performance of employees at the Sungguminasa PLN Customer Service Unit.
