Abstract

The Community Partnership Program is aimed at target communities, namely community groups living on the outskirts of the Cenrana River, precisely in Baleng Village, Watampanua Village, Pammana Distric, Wajo Regency, which in daily life uses river water for its needs. The purpose of the Community Partnership Program carried out is to increase the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of community groups on the importance of consuming clean water for health. In its efforts to obtain clean water that is suitable for consumption and fulfill the health requirements, additional knowledge is needed of water purification technology that can be applied to the household. The method used is the lecture method, discussion and question and answer on socialization activities, and the method of demonstration in training activities. The results achieved are partner communities to be aware and skilled about the importance of consuming clean water and how to clear water so that it becomes feasible to consume.
