Abstract

ABSTRACT This ex-post facto research aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of metacognition and mathematical logical intelligence on mathematics learning outcomes through the mathematical disposition of students in grade X of public senior high school in Somba Opu district. The population in this study were all students of grade X in public senior high school in Somba Opu district in the academic year 2019/2020. The research sample of 206 students was taken using cluster stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used consisted of metacognition questionnaire, mathematical logical intelligence test, mathematical disposition questionnaire, and mathematics learning outcome test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis (Path Analysis). The results of this research reveal that: (1) the students of grade X in public senior
