Abstract

The service quality of apparatus, which is still far below expectation, and the gap between the number of apparatus and citizens served encourage the government to make improvements. One strategy to improve the service quality of the State Civil Apparatus is through development with policy-related activities. This study aims to analyzeManagerial Competency Development of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency of Biak Numfor Regency Papua Province.
