Abstract
Abstract: Effectiveness Rastra (Beras Sejahtera) Program Management to Public Welfare in Corawali Village Panca Lautang District Sidenreng Rappang. This study aimed to analyze whether the program management Rastra affect the welfare and describe the condition Rastra program management and welfare of the people in Corawali Village Panca Lautang District Sidenreng Rappang. By using descriptive quantitative method to determine the effect of program management effectiveness Rastra (Beras Sejahtera) towards welfare and motivating factors and constraints in program management Rastra in Village of Panca Lautang District Sidenreng Rappang. The results showed that the effectiveness of the program management Rastra (Beras Sejahtera) influence on the welfare of Poor Households. Factors supporting the program Rastra is the holding of meetings and consultation, already explained in the decision-Rastra administration at the village level, and an increase in the perceived welfare of the poor. Factors to be an obstacle in the management program that is still their Rastra Poor Households which has not received Rastra, delivery time issues are still a problem for some recipients Rastra, and lack of communication between the Poor Households with village officials.
