Abstract

ABSTRAK Hj. Hasnah. Implementasi Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Nilai Akademik Berbasis Mobile Phone pada SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. (Dibimbing oleh: H. Muhammad Yahya dan Hj. Purnamawati). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) merancang aplikasi sistem informasi nilai akademik pada SMK Negeri 5 Makassar, (2) merancang aplikasi sistem informasi nilai akademik pada mobile phone dan (3) mengimplementasikan aplikasi sistem informasi nilai akademik dengan menggunakan mobile phone di SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model pendekatan prototyping yang terdiri atas tahap analisis sistem, tahap disain dan rencana pengembangan sistem, tahap pengembangan sistem, tahap pengujian sistem, dan tahap penerapan sistem. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan lembar observasi dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI TKJ 2 (Teknik Komputer Jaringan) semester genap tahun ajaran 2012/2013 di SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagai berikut: (1) produk aplikasi sistem informasi nilai akademik pada desktop menggunakan pemrograman delph, (2) produk aplikasi sistem informasi nilai pada mobile phone menggunakan pemrograman java2 micro edition (J2ME) dan (3) hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi sistem informasi nilai akademik pada SMK Negeri 5 Makassar telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan yang meliputi aspek software yang digunakan dalam merancang aplikasi nilai, aspek tampilan dari aplikasi nilai, fitur aplikasi, database, sistem keamanan dan jaringan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat diterapkan di lingkungan SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. Kata Kunci : implementasi, sistem informasi, nilai, mobile phone. ABSTRACT Hj. Hasnah. This study aims to: (1) design of academic value information system at the SMK Negeri 5 Makassar, (2) design of academic information system application on the mobile phone value and (3) implement the academic value of information system applications using mobile phone in SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. This research is the development of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model with prototyping approach which consists of systems analysis phase, the design and planning stage of system development, system development phase, the testing phase of the system, and the system implementation phase. File was collected using questionnaires and observation sheets with research subjects were students of class XI TKJ 2 (Computer Network Engineering) second semester of academic year 2012/2013 in SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. The results obtained are as follows: (1) the product of academic information system applications on the desktop using delphi programming, (2) the value of information systems applications products on mobile phone use programming java2 micro edition (J2ME) and (3) the results showed that the application of the system information on the academic value of SMK Negeri 5 Makassar has met the validity criteria covering aspects of software used to design applications values, aspects of the display value applications, application features, database, systems and network security. Based on the results of these applications are expected to be applied in environments SMK Negeri 5 Makassar. Key words: implementation , information system, value, mobile phone
