ABSTRAK HISBULLAH, Analisis Manajemen Pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri Butung I Kecamatan Wajo Kota Makassar. (Dibimbing oleh Ismail Tolla dan Mustafa) Penelitianinibertujuan (i) mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru merencanakan pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri Butung I Kecamatan Wajo Kota Makassar; (ii)mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri Butung I Kecamatan Wajo Kota Makassar; (iii) mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru mengevaluasi pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri Butung I Kecamatan Wajo Kota Makassar; (iv) mengemukakan faktor apa saja sebagai pendukung dan penghambat guru berdasarkan mengimplementasikan manajemen pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri Butung I Kecamatan Wajo Kota Makassar.MetodePenelitian yang digunakandalampenelitian inikualitatif deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data melaluiobservasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Subjeknyaadalahguru kelas I, II, IV, V, PJOK, dan PAI di SD Negeri Butung I Kecamatan Wajo KotaMakassarpada Tahun Ajaran 2014-2015.Hasil penelitianmenunjukkanbahwapada tahap perencanaan masih ada beberapa komponen masih lemahpada penyusunan RPP dan instrumen penilaian sehingga bisa dikategorikan belum maksimal, pada tahap pelaksanaan guru telah melaksanakan langkah pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013, namun belum optimal dalam pelaksanaan pendekatan scientificsehingga dapat dikategotrikan cukup maksimal, pada tahap evaluasi guru telah melakukan penilaian, namun sebagian besar hanya melakukan penilaian pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga dapat dikategorikan belum maksimal, untuk faktor pendukung dalam proses penerapan pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 terletak pada peran kegiatan KKG sehingga guru dapat menyediakan perencanaan dan evaluasi, faktor penghambatnya adalah tahap penyusunan isi RPP dan instrumen penilaian, serta pada tahap pelaksanaan yaitu pelaksanaan pendekatan scientific yang belum optimal. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri Butung I belum maksimal, karena masih terdapat kendala pada tahap perencanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran. ABSTRACT HISBULLAH, Analysis ofLearning Management of 2013 Curriculum at SDN Butung I in Wajo Subdistrict of Makassar (supervised by Ismail Tolla and Mustafa) The study aims at describing (i) teachers’ competence in planning the learning based on 2013 curriculum at SDN Butung I in Wajo subdistrict in Makassar, (ii) teachers’competence in implementing the learning based on 2013 curriculum at SDN Butung I in Wajo subdistrict of Makassar, (iii) teachers’competence in evaluating the learning based on 2013 curriculum at SDN Butung I in Wajo subdistrict of Makassar, and (iv) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the teachers based on the implementation of learning management of 2013 curriculum at SDN Butung I in Wajo subdistrict of Makassar. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects are teachers of class I, II, IV, V, PJOK, and PAI at SDN Butung I in Wajo subdistrict of Makassar of academic 2014/2015. The result of the study reveal that in the planning phase, there are still weak components in formulating the lesson plan and the assessment instrument which can be categorized as not yet maximal. In the implementation phase, teachers have conducted learning steps in 2013 curriculum; however it is not yet optimal in implementing scientifict opproch, so it can be categorized as fairly maximal. In evaluation phase, teachers have conducted assessment; however, most of them have only conducted knowledge and skills assessments which can be categorized as not yet maximal. The supporting factors in the implementation of learning process of 2013 curriculum lies on the roles of KKG activities, so the teachers can provide the planning and evaluation. The inhibiting factors are the formulation of lesson plan and assessment instrument. The implementation phase is the implementation of scientific approach which is not yet optimal. Thus, the conclusion of the study is learning implementation of 2013 curriculum at SDN Butung I in Wajo subdistrict of Makassar is not yet maximal because there are problems on the planning phase and learning assessment.
