Abstract
This research aimed to study the influence of self-efficacy on students’ learning achievement of accounting subjects in the X accounting class at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. The variable in this research were the self-efficacy as the independent variable and the students’ learning achievement as the dependent variable. The population were all the students of the X accounting class at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar consisting of 105 students. The sampling technique used a proportionate stratified random samping technique with a sample consisting of 51 students taken randomly and proportionally. The data were collected through documentation and questionnaires. The data analyzed using instrument test and hypothesis test with used SPSS version 25.00 for Windows. The instrument test consists of the validity test and reliability test. Hypothesis test consists of the simple linear regression analysis, the product-moment correlation analysis, and the T-table test. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the simple linear regression equation model obtained Y = 43,687 +0,537X means selfefficacy had influenced students’ learning achievement which each addition of 1 value of the selfefficacy then the students’ learning achievement has increased by 0,537. The result of productmoment correlation analysis obtained the value of the coefficient of correlation (r) by r = 0,726 on interval 0,600 – 0,799 had a strong relationship between self-efficacy on students’ learning achievement. The result of the T-table test obtained the significant value by 0,000<0,005 means that the self-efficacy had significantly influenced students’ learning achievement so that the hypothesis accepted.
