Abstract
Abstract Partnership Program Partnership (PKM) is the management of elementary school committee in Tanete Rilau Subdistrict. The problem is: (1) the process of forming and / or selecting the School Committee management which is not fully in accordance with the General Guidelines for the Board of Education and School Committee, namely the appointment model by the school principal, (2) the still low understanding of the position, role and function of the School Committee, (3) the HR capacity of the SD School Committee in Tanete Rilau District is still low. The method used to overcome the above problem by carrying out the main workshop to the Management of Elementary School Committees in Tanete Rilau District, Barru District, aims to: (1) Provide understanding to members of the Primary School Committee in Tanete Rilau District about the General Guidelines for the Board of Education and Committee Schools (2) increase the knowledge / understanding of School Committee administrators positions, roles and functions of School Committees, (3) help improve the HR Quality of SD School Committee members in Tanete Rilau District.
