Abstract
SUMMARY This research aimed to study the effect of the application effectiveness of accounting information system and employees’ competence on the performance at the local water company (PDAM) Tirta Jeneberang Gowa district. The data was collected through questionnaires. The sample was 30 respendents. Data Analysis technique used classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) 21,0 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed the application effectiveness of accounting information system and employees’ competence had positively influenced and significant on employees’ performance.
