Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to describe the partnership model, the results of the empirical study, and the implications of organizing a partnership between SMK and DUDI (Business and Industrial World). The samples were 192 teachers chosen by employing proportionate stratified sampling technique. This study was an explanatory research. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Confirmatory Analysis Factor (CFA) test using Second Order Confirmatory in a form of multidimensional construction. The conclusion is the partnership model at Vocational High Schools is already fit and feasible.
