Abstract

ABSTRACK ASHABUL MAHDI, 2019 The Effect of Providing Financial and Non-Financial Compensation on Employee Performance of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Makassar Regional Branch X. Thesis Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. Supervised by Mr. Chalid Imran Musa and Mr. Muhammad Djufri. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the Influence of Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation for the Performance of Employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Makassar Regional Branch X. The population in this study are all employees in the environment of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Makassar Regional Branch X as many 82 people. Data collection is done by using interviews, questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis and Correlation Coefficient Analysis and Determination Coefficient Analysis using the IBMS statistical program for Product and Service Solutin (SPSS) Version 21. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables namely Financial Compensation (X1) and Non-Financial Compensation (X2) have their own or partial relationship and the relationship together or simultaneously with the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. Determination coefficient of 0.710 shows the independent variable to predict the dependent variable by 71% the remaining 29% is influenced by other factors.
