Abstract

ABSTRACT Nur Indah Puspyta B 2019. The Influence of Remedial Teaching towards Accounting Mastery Learning in XII IPS Student’s at SMAN 22 Makassar. The Departmen of Accounting Education of The Faculty of Economics The State University of Makassar. Advisor: Dr. H. Muhammad Azis, M.Si and M. Riwan Tikollah, S.Pd.,M.SA. This research aimed to study to the influence of remedial teaching towards completeness of learning accounting in XII IPS student’s at SMAN 22 Makassar. Remedial Teaching as an idependent variable and mastery learning as a dependent variable were the variables used in the research. 127 students of Class XII IPS at SMAN 22 Makassar were the population, and 55 students were included as the sample using a Purposive Sampling Technique with the criteria of the exam daily result that did not reach the KKM. The data were collected through quetionnaire and documentation was analyzed using Simple Regression Analysis, T-table test, Coefficient Correlation Product Moment and Coefficient of Determination Analysis. The result of Simple Regression Analysis was Y=55,242 + 0,385X which means remedial teaching was positive effect towards mastery learning which in each addition 1 value of remedial teaching, the value of mastery learning will increase 0,385. On T-table test was obtained the significant value 0,000<0,05 which means that the hypothesis was accepted. The result of Coefficient Correlation Product Moment showed the interval between variables was 0,60-0,799 which means that has a strong bond. The result of Coeffcient of Determination was R2 = 0,561% showed that the remedial teaching had influence towards mastery learning as much as 56,1% while the rest of 43% was influenced by the other factors except remedial teaching.
