Abstract
Abstract This research aims to: (i) find out the perception of competence of pedagogic Biology teacher against student's learning motivation (ii) find out the perception of competence of pedagogy, biology teacher against student learning outcomes (iii) knowing the motivation towards learning outcomes students. This research includes research on Ex-post-facto. The population in this research is the entire rombel class XI IPA even semester SMAN in Makassar city year lesson 2017/2018. Sampling of schools and rombel performed with random method. The data in this study were collected through the student's perception about the competency question form pedagogic biology teacher and learning motivation now as well as the documentation of the results of the study. The results showed that (i) the competence of pedagogic effect significantly to motivation learned the value of R = 47.8%, R2 = 22.8%, p < 0.05; (ii) significantly influential pedagogic competence against the motivation of learning with a value of R = 48.2%, R2 = 23.3%, p < 0.05; (iii) significantly influential motivation towards learning outcomes with value R = 40.4%, R2 = 16.3%, p < 0.05.
