Abstract
ABSTRACT S. 2019. Survey of Student Motivation in Following Futsal Extracurricular Activities at SMAN 1 Barru. Thesis. Faculty of Sport Science. Makassar State University Advisor I Baharuddin and Advisor II Sahib Saleh. This study aims to determine how much the motivation of students in joining futsal extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Barru. This research is a descriptive study using a survey method, with data collection techniques using instruments in the form of a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all students who took part in futsal extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Barru as many as 30 students. Samples are students who take futsal extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Barru as many as 30 students, then all students will be sampled in this study. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling which is a sampling technique with the researchers' own considerations so that it can represent the population. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of the research motivations of students of SMAN 1 Barru in following futsal extracurricular activities, mostly in the medium category at 53.3%.
