Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to assess the efficiency and effectiveness, the recruitment process, the provision of compensation, and termination of employment in the human resources group of PT. Bank Sulselbar Kota Makassar, using management audit procedures. This research variable is a single variable, namely management audit of the function of human resources. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar City, while the sample of this study is the employees of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar City of Human Resources / personnel. Data collection was carried out using documentation, interview, observation, and ICQ techniques. Based on research that has been carried out, it can be obtained information that the implementation of management audits on the human resources section of PT.
