Abstract
Kata Kunci : STIE Yapman, Arsitektur Neo-vernakular. Abstract- Majene Regency is known as an education city in West Sulawesi Province, this can be proven by the presence of several universities and colleges. One of the universities in Majene Regency is Yapman School of Economics. The purpose of this study are 1) Obtain data and information along with the analysis used as a basic program for the preparation of the basic concepts of the Yapman School of Economics design. 2) Applying the basic concept of design in the process of designing the Yapman School of Economics. The basic concept of design in the Yapman School of Economics is referring to the Neo-vernacular Architecture theme of the Mandar traditional house which is applied to the building mass formation and building construction that follows the cosmological concept of the Mandar traditional house and the use of a roof that resembles the Mandar traditional house.
