ABSTRAK ARWIN ARIF .Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Assurance Relevance Interest Assessment Satisfaction (ARIAS) Terintegrasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap Minat dan Hasil Belajar Biologi Siswa Kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Riaja Kabupaten Barru (dibimbing oleh Mansyur dan Muhammad Danial). Strategi ARIAS terintegrasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS merupakan suatu strategi dan model pembelajaran yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yakni tahap percaya diri (assurance),tahap relevansi (relevance), tahap stimulasi minat siswa (interest), tahap evaluasi (assessment), dan tahap penguatan (satisfaction). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (i) Minat belajar biologi siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran ARIAS terintegrasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS, (ii) Hasil belajar biologi siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran ARIAS terintegrasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS, (iii) Pengaruh strategi pembelajaran ARIAS terintegrasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS terhadap minat belajar biologi siswa, (iv) Pengaruh strategi pembelajaran ARIAS terintegrasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Riaja Kabupaten Barru tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 semester genap. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) minat belajar biologi siswa di kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan sebesar 17,26; (ii) hasil belajar biologi siswa di kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan sebesar 47,74; (iii) penerapan strategi ARIAS terintegrasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat belajar biologi siswa;(iv) penerapan strategi ARIAS terintegrasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa Kata kunci: Pengaruh Strategi ARIAS, Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe TPS, Minat dan Hasil Belajar Biologi Siswa ABSTRACT ARWIN ARIF. The influence of Learning Strategy of Assurance Relevance Interest Assessment Satisfaction Integrated Cooperative Learning Model of Think Pair Share Type toward Interest and Learning Outcomes of Biology of Grade XI IPA Students at SMAN 1 Tanete Riaja in Barru District (supervised by Mansyur and Muhammad Danial) The strategy of ARIAS integrated of cooperative learning model of TPS type is strategy and learning model has five phases, assurance phase, relevance phase, the interest phase on stimulation of student interest, the evaluation (assessment) phase, and phase satisfaction. The study aimed at examining(i) learning interest of Biology of students taught by using ARIAS learning strategies integrated cooperative learning model of TPS tipe, (ii) students‟ learning outcomes of Biology taught by using ARIAS learning strategy of cooperative learning model of TPS tipe, (iii) the influence of the of ARIAS learning strategies of cooperative learning model of TPS type on students‟ learning interest (iv) the influence of ARIAS learning strategies of cooperative learning model of TPS type on students‟ learning outcomes of Biology. This study was aquasi-experiment. The population was all of grade XI IPA students at SMAN 1 Tanete Riaja in Barru District of the second semester school year of 2013/2014. Samples were selected by employing random sampling technique.The results of study revealed that (i) students‟ learning interest of Biology in the experiment class improved with the average score by 17,26; (ii) students‟ learning outcomes of Biology in the experimental class improved with the average score by 47,74; (iii) the implementation of ARIAS strategy of cooperative learning model of TPS type gave significant influence toward students'learning interest of Biology ; (iv) the implementation of ARIAS strategy of cooperative learning model of TPS type gave significant influence toward students'learning the biology learning outcomes of Biology.
