Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the impact of inflation, interest rate of credit and profit sharing rate on the financing demand on Islamic bank in South Sulawesi. This study toward used time series data, 2005-2016 period. In analyzing the influence of inflation, interest rate of credit and profit sharing rate on the demand for Islamic bank financing, the analysis was used by statistical tests and classic assumption tests. The analytical method used multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16. The results of this study shows the variables of inflation, interest rate of credit and profit sharing rate have significant effect to the financing demand on Islamic bank in South Sulawesi. Partially, variable of inflation and interest rates of credit have a significant negative effect on the demand for financing on Islamic bank in South Sulawesi, while the profit sharing rate variable has a significant positive effect toward the demand for financing on Islamic bank in South Sulawesi.
