Abstract
ABSTRACT Keywords: Teaching materials, based on local excellence ABSTRAK Kehidupan sosial ekonomi dan bentuk pembinaan suku togutil saat ini sangat memperhatinkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Kondisi sosial suku Togutil, (2) kondisi ekonomi suku Togutil. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan objek penelitian suku Togutil yang perna dibina oleh pemerintah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah, Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) tingkat pendidikan tertinggi suku Togutil adalah SMA yaitu sebanyak 6,5 persen, pemilihan tempat berobat yang baik yaitu ke puskesmas sebanyak 26,9 persen, perkawinan dengan masyarakat luar 8,7 persen, tidak melakukan pemujaan dan ritual 82,61 persen, interaksi sosial atau dengan masyarakat luar 39,1 persen, (2) pekerjaan berburu dan meramu 65,2 persen, jumlah pendapatan terendah kurang dari Rp 500.000 perbulan sebanyak 56,52 persen, berpendapatan sedang 36,96 persen dan berpendapatan tertinggi 6.52 persen, jumlah pengeluaran terendah kurang dari Rp 500.000 perbulan sebanyak 54.35 persen dan pengeluaran sedang Rp 500.000-1000.000 sebanyak 45,65 persen, meiliki rumah semipermanen sebanyak 15,2 persen dan non permanen sebanyak 84.8 persen. Perspektive of Phenomenologi Socio Ekonomic Life and the From of Togutil Tribel in East Halmahera District (Sepervised by Ramli Umar and Uca). The socio-ekonomic life and form of coaching of Togutil tribe nowadays are very apprehensive. The study aims at examining (1) the social condition of Togutil tribel, (2) the economic condition of Togutil tribe, and (3) the from of coaching of Togutil tribel. The study was qualitative research with the object was Togutil tribel that had been coached by the government before. Data were collected by employing observation, interview, and documentation. Date were analyzed by conducting data reduction, date presentation, and conclusion drasing. The result of the study reveal that (1) the highest educational level of togutil tribel was senior high school by 6.5%, the best of medical treatment was clinic by 26.9%, marriage with the outsider was 8.7% no worship and ritual was 82.61%, social interaction with the outsider was 39.1%, (2) hunting and gathering was 65.2%, the lowest income less than Rp 500.000 monthly was 54.35%, and moderate expenditure was Rp 500.000-1.000.000 was 45.65%, owner of semiparmanent house was 15.2%, and non-semiparmanet house was 84.8%, (3) the coaching in new social place was 84.78% and the coaching in social place of origin was 15.22% Keywords: phenomenology, socio-economic, from of coaching, Togutil tribel
