Abstract
This research aims to (i) know and develop engglish teaching material at secondary school that can ikprove students’ English proficiency, (ii) to develop English teaching modul and lesson plan which can encourage to be autonomous leaners, and (iii) to know ITC role in enhancing students’ English proviciency. The design of the research was research and development (R&D). “data collection procedure was pretest and posttest. The results of the research reveal that (i) ICT can improve students’ English proficiency, and (ii) ICT based model can enhance students’ envolepment in learning English. Key words. Material Development English ICT, SMA Plus Budi Utomo.
