## Abstract

This research is ex-post facto which aims to know each the effect of verbal ability, numerical ability, and Mathematics learning interest to mathematics learning outcomes, and the effect of verbal ability, numerical ability, and interest in learning to mathematics learning outcomes. The population in this research is student Class X SMA Negeri 8 Makassar and using cluster random sampling elected 54 samples. The result of the descriptive analysis shows that the verbal ability of student is in the medium category, the numerical ability of student are in the very low category, mathematics learning interest of student are in the sometimes category, and mathematics learning outcomes of the student are in the very low category. The result of the inferential analysis show that verbal ability affect to the mathematics learning outcomes, each numerical ability and mathematics learning interest does not affects to the mathematics learning outcomes. While the verbal ability, together with the numerical ability and mathematics learning interest affect to the mathematics learning outcomes.
