Abstract
The research aims to know the differences of number of trichoderma mushrooms colony which grown on 3 growing media that was growing corn, bran, and sawdust to increase the growth of mustard plants. This research was an experimental research by using blok randomized design (RAK) with 3 treatment that was different. The procedure of the study involves the cultivation of trichoderma mushrooms, calculation of mushroom colonies, nurseries, planting, maintenance, application of trichoderma mushrooms and harvesting. Parameters that was observed is number of colony, the height of plants and number of leaves. Technique of data analyzed is descriftive quantitative, using SPSS version 20, then further was tested use ANOVA and advanced test of DMRT. The result was showed that the application of trichoderma treatment grown on corn medium was gave the highest contribution, while the lowest constribution on the increase of plant growth was shown in the application of trichoderma treatment grown on bran medium.
