Abstract

ABSTRAK JAENUDDIN. Analisis Manajemen Supervisi Pengawas dan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru Penjasorkes SDN di Kabupaten Pangkep dibimbing oleh H. Andi Suyuti dan Ramli Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: hasil manajemen supervisi pengawas dan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes SDN di Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriftif korelasional. Sampelnya adalah pengawas sebanyak 21 orang, kepala sekolah 40 orang dan guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan sebanyak 40 orang jumlah total sampel sebanyak 101 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi produk moment serta analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Manajemen supervisi pengawas di Kabupaten Pangkep dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian analisis deskriptif frekuensi diperoleh nilai sebesar 33,3%. 2) Manajemen supervisi Kepala Sekolah di Kabupaten Pangkep dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian analisis deskriptif frekuensi diperoleh nilai sebesar 70,0%, 3) kinerja guru penjasorkes SDN di Kabupaten Pangkep dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian analisis deskriptif frekuensi diperoleh nilai sebesar 32,5%, 4) hubungan manajemen supervisi pengawas terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes SDN di Kabupaten Pangkep sebesar 0,599. 5) hubungan manajemen supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes SDN di Kabupaten Pangkep sebesar 0,594, dan 6) hubungan antara manajemen supervisi pengawas dan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes SDN di Kabupaten Pangkep sebesar 0,667. Analysis of Supervision Management of Supervisors and the Principals toward the Performance of Penjasorkes Teachers at SDN in Pangkep District (supervised by Andi Suyuti and Ramli) This study aims to determine: the results of supervision management of supervisor and supervision of the principals toward the performance of Penjasorkes (physical, sport and health aducation) teachers at SDN in the Pangkep district. This study is descriptive correlation research. The samples of the study were 21 supervisors, 40 principals, and 40 teachers of physical, sport, and health education penjaorkes with the total sample numbers were 101 people. Data were analized by employing descriptive analysis and correlation product moment analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) the supervision management of supervisors in Pangkep district is in good category, proved by the result of descriftive frequency analysis which obtained 33.3%, (2) the supervision management of principals in Pangkep district is in good category, proved by result of descriptive frequency analysis which obtained 70.0%, (3) the performance of penjasorkes teachers in Pangkep district is in good category, proved by the result of descriptive frequency analysis which obtained 32.5%, (4) the correlation of supervision management of supervisors toward the performance of penjaorkes teachers at SDN in Pangkep district is 0,599, (5) the correlation of supervision management of supervisors toward the performance of penjasorkes teachers at SDN in Pangkep district is 0,594, and (6) the correlation between supervision management of supervisors and the principals collaboratively toward the performance of penjaorkes teachers at SDN in Pangkep district is 0,667.
