Abstract

Abstract : The study aims at examining: (1) work motivation of employees, (2) work discipline of employees (3) work satisfaction of employees, (4) performance of employees, (5) influence of work motivation on performance of employees, (6) influence of work discipline on performance of employees, (7) influence of work satisfaction on performance of employees, and (8) influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work satisfaction collaboratively on performance. The study was quantitative research. The population was the employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Kantor Regional VII KTI (eastern part of Indonesia) of vocational education graduates. Samples were chosen by employing purposive sample; thus, 34 samples were the respondents. Data obtained from the study were analyzed using descriptive statistics and partial statistics analysis (correlation and regression). The results of the study reveal that (1) work motivation of employees of vocational education graduates was 85 categorized as very good, (2) work discipline of employees of vocational education graduates was 86 categorized as very good, (3) work satisfaction of employees of vocational education graduates was 85 categorized as very good, (4) performance of employees of vocational education graduates was 83 categorized as very good (5) work motivation gives positive and significant influence by 64.4% on performance of employees, (6) work discipline gives positive and significant influence by 65.1% on performance of employees, (7) work satisfaction gives positive and significant influence by 70.8% on performance of employees, and (8) work motivation, work discipline, and work satisfaction collaboratively give positive and significant influence by 56.6% on performance of employees. The conclusion based on the result of the study is the greater work motivation, work discipline, and work satisfaction, the greater the performance of employees.
