Abstract
ABSTRACT The development of professional competence of teachers have been given warranty to the teachers to mastery science, technology and a strong personality in based on theirs the profession, dignified, secure, prosperous, and professionals in order to be able to face internal and external live that changes in the 21 century during their careers. This research to find out the form of needs of professional competence development throught profession developing sustainable (PKB) which is needs by the teachers of primary school.
