Abstract

ABSTRAK lndonesia's participation in free trade both ACFTA (ASEAN-China Free Trade Asia) and the ASEAN Ecommic Community (AEC) will have an impact not only on the domestic economy but also to the educational institutions. Free trade can bring opportunities and benefits but may be a threat and loss for each country, it is of course highly dependent on the readiness and ability to enter free trade. The challenge and the most fundamental issues facing educational institutions is a matter of the quality of graduates. The era of free trade or globalization era is an era of fierce competition for quality or quality.
