Abstract: Development of Student’s Worksheet (LKPD) of Flipcreator-Assisted Constructivist on Respiratory Material of Grade XI at Senior High Schools. This study is research and development which aims at developing LKPD (student’s worksheet) of flipcreator-assisted constructivist which is valid, practical, and effective on respiratory material. The stages of research and development referred to ADDIE development model which consisted of 5 stages, namely (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The assessment instruments consisted of three, namely (1) validity instrument in forms of LKPD validity assessment instrument of flipcreator-assisted constructivist and questionnaire validity instrument assessment, (2) practicality instrument in a form of teachers and student’s responses questionnaire on LKPD of flipcreator-assisted constructivist and learning implementation observation sheet, and (3) effectiveness instrument in a form of student’s learning evaluation test. Based on the data analysis, it is obtained that the average of LKPD assessed by two assessors is 4,21 which is in valid category. The LKPD practicality taken from the teachers’ response is 100% (very strong) and the students’ response is 100% which is in very strong category, and the total average of learning implementation is 1,52 which is completely conducted category. The LKPD obtained 91,67% students achieved learning completeness score. Improvement of Biology learning result based on normalization gain analysis obtained 0,76 (high category). The conclusion based on the result of the study is LKPD of flipcreator-assisted constructivist developed is valid, practical, and effective. Keywords: research & development, LKPD, constructivist, flipcreator-assisted Abstrak: Pengembangan LKPD Konstruktivistik Berbantuan Flipcreator pada Materi Sistem Pernapasan Kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD konstruktivistik berbantuan flipcreator yang bersifat valid, praktis dan efektif, pada materi sistem pernapasan. Tahap penelitian dan pengembangan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas 5 tahap yaitu: (1) analisis (Analysis); (2) perancangan (Design); dan (3) pengembangan (Development); implementasi (Implementation); dan evaluasi (Evaluation). Instrumen penilaian terdiri atas tiga yaitu (1) instrumen kevalidan berupa instrumen penilaian kevalidan LKPD konstruktivistik berbantuan flipcreator dan instrumen penilaian kevalidan angket, (2) instrumen kepraktisan berupa angket respon guru dan respon peserta didik terhadap LKPD konstruktivistik berbantuan flipcreator, serta lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan (3) instrumen keefektifan berupa tes evaluasi hasil belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh rata-rata kevalidan LKPD oleh dua validator ahli yaitu 4,21 yang berada pada kategori valid. Kepraktisan LKPD diperoleh respon guru sebesar 100% (sangat kuat), respon peserta didik sebesar 100% (sangat kuat), dan rata-rata total keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 1,52 yang berada pada kategori terlaksana seluruhnya. Keefektifan LKPD diperoleh 91,67% peserta didik mencapai nilai ketuntasan belajar. Peningkatan hasil belajar Biologi berdasarkan analisis gain ternormalisasi yang diperoleh yaitu 0,76 (kategori tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD konstruktivistik berbantuan flipcreator yang dikembangkan bersifat valid, praktis dan efektif.
