Abstract
Car repair shop a general qualification category of small and medium industries need to get the attention of educational institutions to help increase their performance and especially in considering the human aspect of work. EASNE concept become an important criterion in designing and evaluating work systems, especially involving humans. The observation of existing conditions shows some of the dominant factors are human factors and methods that cause system EASNE didn’t work on car repair shop. Recommendations solutions for managerial include the implementation of training or regular meetings that discuss the health, safety and job security for mechanics and relay out workshop to create a healthy working environment primarily for air circulation and comfort for customers while waiting for their vehicle in the repair/treated. Key words: work system, EASNE concept, car repair shop.
