Abstract
Abstract: Caffish {Clarias sp.) is one source of animal protein commodity that develop quite rapidly and highly prospective in South Sulawesi in supporting food diversification. This is proven by the South Sulawesi targets for the production of 3,461 tons of production realization in 2014 that amounted to only 2,191 tonnes. In the processing process, all the body parts of fish can be utilized so that the catfish has a high economic value and makes products that are environmentally friendly and innovative. Their chances of availability of materials and resources possessed by students in the processing of agricultural products made in agribusiness student motivation through the processing of catfish products are organically grown and does not pose a problem for the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the overall interaction and differences in agribusiness skills of students who attend training catfish processing of organic and have knowledge kewirausahaan.Total sample of 160 students of Agricultural Technology Education taken by random sampling purposive. Metode used is 2 x 2 faktorial experimental.
